Taking Charge of Our Tomorrows: A Breast Cancer Survivorship Program

This day-long event brings together patients, survivors, and caregivers with connection, encouragement, and healing. Attendees will also learn from a panel of healthcare professionals about follow-up care, managing side effects, nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle strategies. This event is led by Dr. Maria Theodoulou, breast cancer oncologist.

This event is open to cancer survivors, plus one guest. In-person registration is limited.

There is no cost to attend. Lunch will be provided.
